3. Training Events, Registration, and Payment

Course and event descriptions, formats, dates, locations, and prices are subject to change. Registration is confirmed only when we accept your registration and, where applicable, receive payment. Fees are stated per seat and are due as described at the time of registration. Unless stated otherwise in the registration terms for a specific event, seats are limited and may be subject to a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund policy that we will make available at or before registration. Military and veteran pricing, where offered, is subject to eligibility verification.

4. No Guarantee of Results; Certifications

Our consulting, investment-related, and training services are provided to support your objectives, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue, deal, exam result, employment, or certification. Certification and training programs prepare participants for a body of knowledge; passing any exam or achieving any credential depends on the participant and, where applicable, third-party certifying bodies.

5. Not Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice

Content on the Site and general communications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and do not create a professional-client relationship. References to "investment" describe our business services and potential capital partnerships; they are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. 6. Acceptable Use
